Submission Instructions


ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (CLOSED)

Abstract submission must be done electronically through the congress website, using the format template available below, before October 31, 2023

Remember that the file must be sent in .pdf format. The system does not accept other type of files.

To submit your abstract, please follow the steps below:

  • Register to the conference here with your email address. Introduce the Pin Code you will receive as well as the password you want to use.
  • Login to your account here.
  • Complete the information in your profile.
  • Go to "My congress" and, then, "My contributions" (or click here) on the menu you will find on the right hand side of the page. Click on "Submit a contribution" and you are ready to go!

PAPER SUBMISSION

Paper submission must be done electronically through the congress website, using the format template available below, before February 21, 2024.

Remember that the file must be sent in .pdf format. The system does not accept other type of files.

Please note that at ISC7 only papers accepted after review will be presented. Accepted papers will be assigned to oral or poster presentation taking into account author preferences, slot availability and relevance for the session topic, as judged by the organising committee in liaison with session chairs.

Any inscribed author cannot be associated with more than two papers.

To submit your paper, please follow the steps below:

  • Login to your conference account here.
  • Go to "My congress" and, then, "My contributions" (or click here) on the menu you will find on the right hand side of the page.
  • Once in “My contributions”, click on the “edit” button, right next to your contribution.
  • Once inside your contribution page, scroll down until the “Attach files” section and click on “Upload New Full Paper”.
  • Click on "Submit " and you are ready to go!

Proceedings

All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. These will be permanently available in electronic format on the Conference collection of Scipedia with their own ISSN number. Each individual paper will have an assigned DOI.

Copyright of the published papers will reside with the authors, under a creative common licence Creative Commons - Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License (CC BY-SA 4.0), so that they will be free to repost in personal or institutional repositories.

Scipedia Conference collection content is systematically submitted for indexing at SCOPUS.
