Posters Awards

At the ISC'7 Conference, an exciting competition will take place to reward the best posters during the conference. This year, we have decided to implement a voting system where attendees will play a fundamental role in selecting the winners. Below, we detail the process and the awards that will be given during the event.

Voting System

The voting process will take place over the three days of the conference, allowing all attendees to actively participate in selecting the winners. Each day, a new vote will be opened to choose the most outstanding participant of that day, so everybody can vote once every day.

Awards and Presentation Ceremonies

The awards will be given at two important events during the conference:

• Wednesday Gala Dinner:
  During the Gala Dinner, held on Wednesday night, the winners of the votes from the first two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) will be announced and awarded.
• Closing of the Conference:
  At the conference closing ceremony, the winner of the third day's vote (Thursday) will be announced and awarded.

Participation and Transparency

To ensure transparency and fairness in the voting process, a QR code voting system will be implemented. At voting stations in two different rooms—Auditorium Hall and Polyvalent Room—and through the conference mobile applications, each registered attendee can scan a unique QR code using their mobile phone to cast their vote for the best poster each day. The results will be officially announced at the scheduled ceremonies.
