Inscription fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates applicable if paid until March 14, 2024.

Final acceptance of papers is contingent upon payment of the inscription fee by at least one author before May 10th 2024.

Any inscribed author cannot be associated with more than two papers.

Student inscription: is applicable to Master and Ph.D. students, who should provide a proof of enrolment or valid certificate of student status.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. A final invoice will be generated, you can download it at My Registration menu.

Refund Policy: Registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their Inscription with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before May 1, 2024.
